2000Charge customer service

does anyone know of another way to contact these people (or this person)?

I have emialed and called their posted phone number but can not get an answers.

Thank God they are my third option for european billing.

I called one day around lunch time and the guy that answered in customer service said they were all out to lunch so I would have to call back later. I said that's pretty stupid that everyone would go to lunch at the same time and he said I was rude and hung up on me. FUCK YOU

2000charge is the worst processor, I called because they declined my card and ask why I was declined they said they were not sure and hung up on me, I called again and when I said someone just hung up on me, they did it again.
