Server Stats & Sales Tracking
I'm hoping to find a package that offers the following:
1. Comprehensive server stats 2. Ability to report referring URL's of sign-ups (without using an affiliate coded link). Ideally, I'd like to find one package to accomplish both these tasks however if that's not available please recommend solutions to accomplish either one. Thanks! |

1. Surfer comes from site A to site B. 2. When they hit any page on site B that has a couple lines of html code inserted a cookie would be passed to the surfer's PC with the referring URL of site A. 3. If the surfer then signs-up and logs-in in to the site somehow the cookie is retrieved and the referring URL is sent to the webmaster via sendmail or maybe even made available via some sort of dynamic web-based reporting system. Like I said, I'm not a programmer but it certainly doesn't seem to be "something impossible". |

For a case like this, sessions would be much more effective than to use cookies.
We can help you out! Let's discuss all the further details via email - [email protected]. I've done several jobs that are like this, I am willing to help and get this on the road for you. Thanks for your time.
