Email virus
I've gotten 2 emails seemingly from my isp cox.net. Both have had an attachment and a password to supposedly use the attachment. The from path looks like it's from cox.net but looking at it I'm not too knowledgeable about this type of stuff but I highly doubt my isp would have "beastly joy" in their mail path.
Here is the mail path - from Beastly-Joy ([66.76.252.117]) by lakemtai04.cox.net (InterMail vM.5.01.06.08 201-253-122-130-108-20031117) with SMTP id <20040304080100.LXOY23895.lakemtai04.cox.net@Beast ly-Joy> Just a warning. The first email said their email server was going to be down and I need to use a redirect service. The second said their server has detected a bunch of virus emails coming from me. |
