Sorry, but this can only come from someone who has absolutely no clue about bikes.

The Wallmart bike might even be a little lighter than this beast, but it's not nearly as stable, doesn't have remotely the quality of this baby, it doesn't have as much travel, it doesn't have the top-notch components and .... it doesn't cost $6500+ US dollars.

That's a really nice Scott. I have actually looked into the Genius RC10, but the bike was too unstable for my riding technique and my weight. Other than that, it's a top notch allrounder. And the lockout on the back element is pretty nifty, too.

Yes, but that is not something that I do. Beside swimming mtb'ing is my life, I enjoy every crank rotation of it.

Dirt bikes might be cool, but I prefer the dirty manual labour.
