Discuss what's fucking going on, and which programs are best and worst. One-time "program" announcements from "established" webmasters are allowed.

Anyone here have a Nikon CoolPix 5700?

If so, do you know what the flashing "SB" on the screen means???

Fucking flash won't fire and it keeps blinking SB.

Tell me it's not broke and I just messed up a setting!

Thanks,
Bill

That's a very common problem with the 5700.

It means that a fault occured in the speed light circuitry.

You will need to send it in for repair.

Hugs,
Danielle

Thanks Danielle, you were right on this one. Just got off the phone with Tech and they said it's common. This is fucked considering I just got it back a month ago for a "lens error" problem that need major parts replaced.

Lemon I guess.

Thanks again!
