Tips to quit drinking.
I was clean for over a year and a half.... then a while ago I had one drink. 2 days after that another, now Im back to drinking almost daily and I'm talking hard shit not beer. St. Patrics Day did not help. Is there anythign I can do to curb these cravings. Its mostly for whisky.
Could i take up coke Or Gambling or somthing to replace the desire for liquor or will I just end up beiong a drunk coke head pissing his money away?

Tips:
1. Don't buy alcohol. 2. If you're at a bar, leave. 3. If you are at a restaurant and want a drink w/ dinner, order Pepsi. 4. Don't drink alcohol. 5. If someone offers you a drink... say "No thank you." That's about it.
