We are brokering the sale of a complete adult paysite business + accompanying affiliate program. The entire business is for sale. The present owners lost their merchant account and have decided to leave the industry. However, the business was not placed on the Terminated Merchant File (TMF), so a new owner should be able to restart under a new merchant account without problems. Here are the items included in the sale:

(4) Paysite licenses (allows the business to sell memberships to other paysites)
(1) Heavily modified & customized affiliate program software (license plus modifications included)

(1) CCBill Account w/ Visa Fee Paid
(1) Netbilling Account
(1) Customized payment form (much better than billing companies? standard forms)
(246) Affiliate Webmaster Accounts
(100%) Company?s shares

The business is not currently taking in any income. Before the merchant account was shut down, sales were around $10,000 monthly. The owners then opened a CCBill account but later decided to exit the adult business. The paysites utilized plug-ins for content, so no significant amount of content is included.

With a new merchant account, the sites and affiliate program could be restarted instantly. If the buyer chooses to utilize the CCBill account, the affiliates' accounts will need to be migrated to CCBill. The present owners will provide support and training to the new buyers for free for 30 days after the sale. Additional support is available, if required.
