Pricing a paysite?

Lets say someone would sell a running paysite. How would you price it? According to active members, Content, Niche, per tour..how?

thx

Multiply your site profits/month by 6 and you'll have the approximate price at which you should sell it.

So if it's making $1000/month you'll sell the site at $6000.

Sounds fair...Now lets say someone just started a site but recently had a life changing ordeal and must sell. He bught a couple kick ass tours, content..etc..etc, but nerver really had time to send traffic. How would one price that?

you would try to price it so you dont lose any money.

Bargain hunters will buy it of course but your the one who loses

Dont expect to make money on the sale if it doesnt get traffic or members.

Also maybe you could keep it and have someone manage it for a percent plus bonuses
