After the incident with childincest.com 4 days ago, I just stumbeld acrosse illegalpreteens.com that is driving traffic to maximumcash. Any comment from maximumcash , why they support this ?????????

Hate to say this but it seems the site is still there and still directing towards maximumcash. Seems an email to Visa might be in order.

It's people like this that make it harder and harder for Visa to keep doing business with us.

pedohunter, if you want to fight pedophiles, start writing emails to ASACP (http://www.asacp.org/) and the sponsors (who probably just didnt notice the site yet).

that will result more action then posting on public boards.

Maybe revealing it might get them to watch a little closer?

The "Nothing I could do to monitor it, judge" has been thrown out so many times lawyers don't use it any more. Pedohunter found it.

But I assume you have emailed them as well.

if he emailed maxcash and didnt get a reply after lets say 3 days - i think it's fine to post public. but i doubt that he emailed maxcash at all. i also dont see much sense in the title "illegalpreteens.com supported by maximumcash !!!" - why do they support this site? do you know that this guy got a payout yet? he might already be banned - you don't know that, so why make such a statement.

oh, and I send a email to ASACP everytime I see childporn anywhere, i just don't post it public on the boards cause that won't help anything.

This could be considered moraly wrong, but not illegal.

There is nothing illegal about the domain - you can find all these words in a dictionary. And the owner doesnt have any illegal content on his site.

I dont think his site could be shut down according to law.

mr and/or ms hunter, are you finding other domains such as these being redirected to sites that promote sponsors other than maxmimumcash?

i find it odd that a simple redirect is being abused solely by maximum cash affiliates.

also, have you contacted the ASACP? and if not, why not?

so the term "Illegal Pre Teens" does not "constitute child pornography or matter which involves depictions of nudity or sexuality by an age inappropriate-looking performer" ?

No.

"Illegal" is just a word.
"Pre Teens" is just a regular phrase too. Nothing illegal about it.

If I was a sponsor, I'd delete this guys affiliate account no questions asked.
Even if they are legal, its fucking disturbing on principle alone. Definitely not something I'd want to see a major program to be associated with. But I still think Pedohunter is doing the wrong thing by posting this shit here - I wonder if he's ever heard of e-mail?

illegalpreteens.com is owned by someone on this board, I will spare the red face. Was full of ARS links not so long ago.

Guy mailed me about trades back in 2002. Other than its shitty name I dont think its ever linked to anything other than legal porn.

LOL talk about negative targeting with a name like that and links like those.

Visa has a rule I think about this, it was a big deal on this board not 2 long ago.

you can not have those words in your title, meta tags, on your page PERIOD.. and dam sure can't have a domain with them in it.

Why in the fuck do you think FlashCash changed there site
LolitaTeen 2 TeenTeen. They did this a long time ago.

titmowse: Are you supporting webmasters making money of using terms like "incest, preteen, underage" ? If yes, then please explain why you support this? From my point of view this is the worst that anyone can use to drive traffic to a site (especially to a porn site) as it clearly shows, that the one doing it, has no idea what can of worms he's opening.

I agree. It's a shitty domain. Don't get me wrong. A domain name is a word, not content. I don't like the practice but I'd be more upset with the domain registrar for not monitoring the activities of this domain all along.

I'm wondering why the affiliate isn't the foremost villian? After the webmaster is doing this.

It?s the sponsor you need to attack here not Visa or CP protection sites. Visa won?t give a rat?s ass about said site because it does not contain any reference to its name or logo. However Visa maybe concerned about the secondary links into Maxcash sites which do contain its logo.

Something tells me this site wont be around for much longer. But the owner should not worry, the domain should sell well on the Russian boards.

Something tells me this site wont be around for much longer. But the owner should not worry, the domain should sell well on the Russian boards.
see, my thing is i wonder if mr and/or ms hunter is going about things the wrong way.

i agree the sponsor should monitor the sites in their affiliate database for such things. i agree that this probably isn't a case of cp since there's no actual illegal content involved.

i just am puzzled as to why mr and/or ms hunter doesn't know this? i'm sure that if he/she had sent reports of such redirection to ASACP, they would have told him/her that he/she needs to contact the sponsor.

one of my pet-fucking-peeves.

imagine all the grief that might have been saved by one simple phone call.

Judging by the title of this thread, I think that's exactly what he was doing. I just think he's going about it in the wrong way.

Ok.. so lets get this straight... you notified MC on FRIDAY ( a legal holiday in the US, and the beginning of a HOLIDAY WEEKEND)...

and since you had not heard BEFORE WORKING HOURS on Monday, you feel justified in making an accusation??

WTF is that?
