Password Sentry is the best....you set IP threshold ,etc. and get an email when a user is suspended. Also provides server snapshot, etc. ....
Been using it on all my sites over a year now, I wouldn't use anything else! Ivy |

Take a look at Strongbox. Pennywize does nothing to prevent brute force password loss.
