Contact their host. THeir host should have a DCMA procedure that you can follow to report them. Should take care of them.

ive been through this..

a phone call to their host..

showed them my site, content contracts

the other site was turned off in 20 mins

just phone the host asap, threaten "them" as the host etc

give them 48 hours to get it down etc
