Hack into most of the major sponsors who offer webmaster affiliate programs. Signup 15-20 accounts spread across the U.S. and then switch the referring webmaster for various small accounts .. generally pays $27.50-$77.75/week per account.

There are about 250 U.S. based account receiving these funds weekly.

You'll probably hate me for saying it, but unfortunately I dont currently use cyberage anymore. But I used to use them quite a bit. Service and program were excellent. Just wasnt enough free traffic from the links list for my tastes.
Eventually I may switch back though. We'll see what happens.
