email them script kiddies and tell em to fuck off then notify who is hosting this garbage tell them you need you stuff backed up and sent to you if still available then reset the account put the site back together and use better passwords go with about 15 digit almost randomized very hard to crack would take forever

one way you can tell they are newbs is that they used the word hacked
