Sponsors - How do you keep tabs on affiliates?
With so many affiliate programs out there, we all know that you have to keep in touch with affiliates or they'll often just plain forget to send traffic to you sometimes.
I talk to 5-6 guys about traffic deals and/or promotion, then a few days pass and I feel like I forgot to follow up with a few of them. ICQ works but once you get a few hundred people on there it's a bit of a mess. Anyone of you sales rep folks have a system for this?  |

I just keep a running excel spreadsheet of affiliates. If I have talked to them about something I mark it down, and take it off when done..
