Let's say I wanted to purchase 2 sites and the google backlinks for one is about 250 and the other about 900. the alexa ratiing is approx 100 thousand-ish for each site. These are both "topsite" type sites and the roles of users are included in the deal along with everything else on the sites as-is.

Oh, and these are not adult "topsites" they are, ahem, "religious oriented".

No idea if the traffic coming to the sites are buying traffic or junk traffic and current owner being elusive about that. Current owner is asking 10 grand for both which i know is bullshit,.

Realistically, if I want these two sites what would be the most you more experienced mates would offer the current owner if you wanted to add them to your portfolio of sites? I do other sites outside of porn to diversify my income and am trying to break into the religious market.
