God damn back pain sucks
Yesterday while bringin in the shit from costco into the house ( costco is a bulk store where you buy shit by the 523092 pound ) so i was bringing it in and i was carring a 50 pound bucket of mayo ( i may be white but not it aint for me it is for one of my parents store ) .. well anyway I was carring this thing and then i turned around cuz I heard something and all the sudden i get this sharppppp pain in my side like around my ribs on both sides
I thought it would go away after i got some sleep and now it is 6:30 am and the pain is still there and even worse now It hurts when i breath or even move an inch fucking eh wish i had insurance to get some pain kilerss  (((

you can twist your spine by doing something like that. I worked with a guy at UPS when I was about 18 that turned too fast with a 100 pound package in his hands and twisted his spine to the point of temporary paralysis, he recovered, but its no joke.

sorry to hear that...u need some ice on that to keep any swelling down...and try yoga stretches...
I know how you feel...I threw my back out last week and I was almost crippled for a week...not a good feeling..
