I read an interesting observation on a political blog today.

It is now the Republican Party calling Vietnam Veterans baby killers and spitting on them. Republicans used to hate people who called Vietnam Vets baby killers, but now they are the ones doing it.

The rolls have reversed. Democrats are defending Vietnam veterans while Republicans attack them.

I think this is just politics - McCain was also challenged on his record, if memory serves.

Just like Annita Hill did not think that Clarance Thomas should be on the Supreme Court, the SwiftVets don't think Kerry deserves to be the President.
