Can someone recommend a good online submittable webform script that is either free or relavitely inexpensive?

For form mail you might want to check out Alpha E-mailer...

Out of all the form mail scripts I've used, including Matt's, I like this one the most. Simple, easily customizable, and gets the job done. Besides, if I remember right with Matt's script you need to included your e-mail address as a value in your form page. With Alpha mail your email stays hidden away in the script to keep it from spammers.
