![]() I have a few showing today, the unusual thing is that they have all rebilled at least once so they are unlikely to be fraudulent signups. Did a bank or ccbill have a hiccup somewhere and suddenly reject a bunch of check rebills?

I'm used to fraudulent signups although these seem to be a lot more rare these days with ccbill... but one of these guys has been rebilling for 7 months.
Perhaps it could have been something else, like they cancelled but ccbill still put through another rebill. I'm just wondering if there's a pattern with others or it's a coincidence. |

No abnormal spikes in the past few days for me. I did get some returns, but volume was what I'd consider "typical".
I understand there are new standards coming in the fall for online checks. Hopefully it'll reduce the number of returns. To accept checks now it seems you pretty much just have to live with a certain percentage of those transactions being fraudulent. Sucks. |
