This is idiot has sent about 15 spams to me in the last couple of hours...

What, does he think I'm gonna buy it the 10th time I get this email, rather then the first????

Or is he just a fucking loser newbie playing with his first mass mailing...and he keeps hitting send or something..

Ooooh, I wish I could whack him upside the head once for every email he sends me!

I got one of them.

The fact that you got 15 though should point out that it is probably from somewhere that you submitted to in the past, most likely Acid Pope.

ldinternet,

Now you've pissed me off.

You haven't got a clue WTF you are talking about.

If you've gone through the double opt-in process that it takes to add your e-mail address to Naughty Mail you'd know that it is not spam.

And if you want to be removed from the list it isn't brain surgery.

How long have you been in this business?

Naughty Mail is completely double opt in and it never spams.
There is no blind server, no hidden path, all is upfront and says Naughty Mail right on it.!!!

I got one today from cd2001 fucker. I hope no-one thinks that it's me (CD) cause it isn't.

I don't wait for spam #2, I hit the "block sender" right a-fucking-way, on all new spams. Trying to get taken off of their lists is a waste of time in most cases, because the addresses for "click here to be removed" or "reply to this address with the word remove in the subject line" usually all come back as undeliverable. Fuckers. Fucking asshole spammers. Block them all on site, as soon as the first on reaches you. Why? Because they are stealing precious seconds away from us every day that we could be submitting a gallery or uploading a new page. Shit, in the time it took me to rant here about spammers I could have....... well you know

Fucking asshole spammers. Bastards even made my FLY come down.

I've got them too and they seem to be the result of domain name registrations.

Here's my sceneario:

I've got one domain name still registered with Network Solutions and 9 with DirectNIC. ALL of the spams go to the NS registered domain name but the user part of the address for each spam is one of the different DirectNIC domain names. A few oddball addresses appear to have been picked up from website pages.

Some of my DirectNic domain names are nothing more than pointers and I've never submitted them anywhere. Unless DirectNic and Network solutions are connected in some way, my guess is someone at ICANN (?) or wherever the registrars deal with have someone feeding info to a ruthless spammer.

Hell, I've recieved phone calls from registration compaines telling me my domain name is about to expire and, if I'd like, they can register it for me

Come to think of it, I have a letter from NetworkSolutions regarding an upcomming expiration for one of my DirectNIC domain names... so apparently they are connected somewheres (or sharing info).

I think my nuts are starting to itch

Hmmm.

I got spam from him today a few times....but if I got it, and you all got...

then 12,000,000 more of us @ $99 might not be such a bad deal...

Nevertheless, the people on the CD are billed as domain owners...what would you sell them?

Any of you want to chip in with me and get it, lol?

Not sure but it'd be poetic justice if you could sell them cheaper domain names

It would go against my ethics to reward the spammer though. Of course, he says due to pirating he's dropped the price. If it's being pirated, maybe the list is out there to be found for free. According to the Feds and my mailbox, he owes me about $4500 anyways

No kidding!

I think it's an employee of Network Solutions..
Hell, it could even be Network Solutions itself..they've done some really, really sleazy things in the past..so it wouldn't surprise me.

And, no freakin way I would give this goof a dime! An ice pick to his server and his cd burner maybe...*lol*

I tried looking up that fax number...wanted to phone his local telco and have his number taken away...

That's being kind, about what I wanna do to him!, but this is a public board..*wink*

I got them on blocked senders, but the email has spawned a couple of variations

my guess is that it is has probably come from a tgp submission or domain list
I bet the guy just loves the " we accepted your gallery" list that is cc'd to every submitter

Here's another joker;
I get two of these like every other day from two different emails;

"You wanna trade links?" http://fatpad.sexplanets.com/hot/links2.html
[email protected]

Yeah man that looks like such a great link list, and it's on your own host too I can't wait for the traffic to start rolling in

Definately domain registrations.

I had 62 in my in box before I through on a filter, guess I'll get another 30 for the rest of my domains.

Fucker, I thought they take these guys out for such blatant spam, even if you can't trace his email, the site he's promoting should be knocked out, shouldn't it?

Take it easy. I've submitted to Acid Pope in the past (I admit it was a long time ago) and I've never received a "confirmation, reply to this to be added" email. I'd try again but I get a 500 internal server error.

"Internal Server Error

i never used network solutions, still getting these emails every day.

It can be register.com or doster.com.

Easyest way to stop this is call the ISP i guess. Always worked for me.

No he just got all the contact details of the whole nsi or whatsoever domain registry I believe. I get about 500 mails per day from him since 3 days or so, looks like he is sending 2 mails per day to each contact address or so. This guy is plain stupid & crazy. He must be bothering quite a few people right now.

No wait, I'm at bulkregister. But anyway, he got them through querying one or several whois with a script I guess. Shit he must be sending out a few million mails a day. I wonder if the fax number in that email still is active or how many faxes he already got.

I bet not, but you didn't mean that I guess

What a lame product to start such a big ass spam for it, address cd's, not that it isn't good but not very mainstream I'd say at least lol. He could have put a link there to a page with a auto bookmark script running, and a dialer of course.
