I just quit totally last saturday. So it's almost been a week for me, and im not finding it too bad, because mentally I REALLY want to quit.

My problem was I quit smoking cigs a long while ago, but i was chewing skoal alot. Like 4 pucks of chew a week. Then on weekends when i was drunk i would smoke. So eventually it just got to the point where i was chewing during the week and smoking on weekends hehe bad but true.

So I havent had a dip(chew/skoal) or a smoke for 6 days now. Which is pretty good.

So good luck too you, and keep going!

I quit 3 months ago after having smoked 2 packs a day for 10 years, and if you just don't do it - don't even consider doing it - it's way easier than you ever thought possible.

Just remember that smoking reduces blood flow so your penis does not get quite as big if you smoke a lot.

This is what helped me to stop because I need all the help I can get in the penis-size department

The thing about quitting smoking and breaking the habbit, is just like it took time to form, it takes time to break.

Change your routine if you can. Now's the perfect time to pick up going for a daily walk or maybe to the gym. Your lungs will start to recover fairly quickly. You'll be able to run further, hike higher, etc etc.

Get yourself a big bag of sugar free lollipops. They're the silver dollar(ish) sized round, colored lollipops. They're made for diabetics know all about these. They won't make you gain weight but fairly closely mimic the action of mouth to hand.

I found going to the gym great. You can take out your frustration there. BUt after a while you start to see real improvements to your health and its a real boost

I could quit, and have, but when I drink I am a feind for smoke. Start chewing gum or something so that your mouth will be busy, makes it easier.

This is so true. I quit almost a year ago and my performance has been much better since quitting. When I was smoking, I sometimes needed help from the little blue pill. Not now.

That is exactly what I did. Then I had to have a tooth pulled so I quit chewing again then I started smoking then quit because I couldnt play basketball so now I am doing that again. I have to fucking quit soon. I dont really mind smoking when I drink but I always have like half a pack left the next day and I just figure why not smoke em.

I quit nicotine for 6 months, I also quit drinking for that 6 months

Go for walks and get one of those gel stress squeeze balls and fidget with it while walking.

The combination of blood circulating, increased air intake and busy hands will help.

Also, don't think about smoking. Force your attention on strengthening yourself, imagine yourself as Rocky if you have to.. something so you start to associate POWER with yourself instead of smoking.

Altho you have to be ready mentally for it, My advice to you is dont look back.

Kepp yourself busy and maybe even hit the gym.
The fact that you aren't horking up a lung every morning aswell as the improvements in your health will make you want to continue and keep getting better.

I quit Nov 17 2003 and I havent smoked a cigarette since.
I also don't think i will be starting up soon, altho they say it takes 10 tries on average for a smoker to quit, Im sure this 3rd try will do for me.

They also say that quitting smoking is comaprable to trying to stop Heroine addiction, how fucked up is that?

IM on my 6th week of quiting cold turkey.

just change your habits, after 3 days it out of your system and now your only fighting yourself. after a month if you smell it your going to puke it sickens you.

drink water, breath deeply and realize your going to be a bitch for a short time and get friends around you to support you.. but keep in mnd always, your free from it - its not your mind your fighting with.

take the money you save and get a erotic massage and treat yourself
