Most of them I know use sexcamcentral for the weekly free member shows. For private shows, you can use Yahoo or any messenger with cam support as long as you have a billing solution.

If you want to brodcast for free, I'm sure there are alot. But for a turn key solution.... firecracker was one of the cheapest I found that had everything. They install the software, incorporate your billing, etc. All you do is download the performer application, turn on your cam and you are ready to go. I wasn't using cheap webcams though like a logitech web ball or whatever. I was using canon vcc cameras which had pan, tilt, zoom, etc and a remote for the girl to control it with.
