Keylogger On My Computer - Help

I am 99% sure I have someone who keeps installing keyloggers on my computer... It picked up spector pro a while ago, not I get these in Spyware X-terminator

Hopefully that showed up right... If anyone knows what spyware program this may be please let me know... Also, if anyone knows how I can prevent ANY spyware from being installed on my computer Like Spector Pro etc (girlfriend spying on my ass) please lmk...

From what I can tell, that is part of Blizzards install for Diablo II (possibly some others too)

From what I saw in various spyware forums, they seem to be part of the software copy protection scheme.

They claim spector 5.0 is undetectable by all these programs, has anyone purchased it and seen if it was detected by Spycop, Spyware X Terminator, Norton, etc ... ??
