whats up with ICQ? Is anyone else having problems with it? It keeps turning on and off and i know that there is more people online that are showing in it

mine is fucked to hell too, it has been fucked up for a few days now, makes the noise when i get a new icq message but doesnt in any way show me who it is from, so i cant respond
