when I quit smoking I hardly sleep at all. I take some generic over the counter shit equivalent to sominex..knocks me out for 6 to 7 hours and I am not groggy in the morning. I prefer my weed though.

grass always helped me get to bed.


goto your local herbal store, they do have natural shit that can knock you out in a matter of an hour... but dont use them every night, you will get use to them and they wont do shit after awhile

I use Simply Sleep. The trick is to be laying down when they kick in. They put you over the edge and into sleep. If you stay up after you feel them taking effect you might still have a hard time going to sleep afterwards.

I didn't get a full nights sleep for the first 28 years of my life. Simply Sleep has truely made me a happier and healthier person.
