But still - outsource a design job to a designer, which involves one quarter of work, I'd say this would make your domain perform significantly better. At the end of the day, the net result is what counts.

Why bother developing it when someone else will pay you the same amount or more to rent it? Who wants to deal with processors and designs and conversion ratios and so on if they don't have to in order to make the same money?
