I can't comment on what went on that day cause I wasn't there - but as a photographer with over 15 years of experience shooting models - I can tell you that if you can't take control over your own productions...then you deserve shit like that.

You can't expect an agent to "control his bitch" if he's not there with her 24 hours a day. At some point...you have to control her. If she's on the phone then you tell her she's got 10 minutes to finish that convo or your sending her home without pay. Or, you get on the phone to her agent and you tell him that "his bitch is out of control" and he'll get things back on track for you. But....if you decide that things arn't so bad that your going to go ahead and start shooting - then I think that you owe the guy his booking fee. If you shot pics of her or video - he deserves his fee. If you didn't finish the shoot - that's not his problem....it's yours. Next time your in a situation like that - take command of your productions and tell the model what the fuck is going on. She' works....or she walks.

If she shows up 2 hours late - then send her home. Then you don't owe the model or a booking fee. If you paid the model - then you should pay the booking fee as well.

This is Victoria and here's my story... I worked with Garrett this summer. He told me the "check was in the mail" I didn't recieve the check for a few weeks and then gave me HALF of the $1800 he owed me. A check for $900 came to me from Erins account yes that's it only one check! I'm not here to talk bad I want what I earned. I thought shooting for Hustler would advance my career and from what I have heard they like me! So I guess I took a I took a good step! just want my other half of the money and I have emails from Garrett stating he owed me miney but won't give it to me since I have worked with Roy. Get off your soapbox - no one said it would hurt her career to work with you - can't you read? As for Hustler - you aren't really pretntious enough to think you are the only agent out there that can get a model into Hustler do you? The only comment Garrett made was that Victoria seemed to think she needed more money than what she had been paid - she was trying to say she shot 3 b/g scenes when it was only 2. $1800 in checks went out - $1800 in checks have been cashed - Garrett thought she was trying to come back for more money - not that she had not been paid the amount on the model release.

Victoria is a nice girl - and we have always gotten along - this is obviously being blown out of proportion by Roy because - well he has a temper that is dificult to control. No skin off my back - I know who is right and this will be straightened out soon enough

Erin I only recieved one check that's what I'm trying to say and I have emails from garrett stating he will owe me and send me money when he getting home from LA and those emails are after the 18th when you said the check cleared!
