Does anyone use a content manager like this one?

Are there others? Better ones? Do you prefer a management system or would you rather just use your head and set the site up by hand? I was thinking about using this or something simular for a link site possiable a tgp site. |

aight cool, but I was unfer the impression phpnuke was a portal system for phpbb and other forums.
