My opinion is that people will first type in freesex.com, then they will try free-sex.com, then freesex.net. Then they will try out the search engines. If .com isn't devoloped, they will proceed to the next method.

Site was never built nor optimized... it was only used to cash in on type ins. SEO work can be done from scratch by buyer I guess, and imho registration years does count in seo nowadays.

It had offers on sedo, very good ones, but did not the wanted price yet.

If one doesn't know SEO, then the ROI based on your asking price and the 200 dailty type in traffic will take at least 3 years ....just my opinion.
