yes and no... more and more brands are going back to slightly bigger models (here in europe atleast)
2 reasons:
a/people just don't like it and don't buy to small mobiles. Those that did bought one usually aren't satisfied at all..
b/getting ready for UMTS so they need to move to bigger phones (try browsing the internet on one of those tiny things) and they are doing it one step at a time
