offshore hosting/billing

I run colocation here in Miami, and I have a client that wants offshore for some of his more objectionable material (racist, etc). He has been shut down by some companies for complaints. He needs someone that will keep him up as long as he pays the bill.

Anyone know of someplace I can call to farm out this account.

Also he needs like an iBill of europe or something that will do billing for him.

Thanks.

we got the hosting covered at www.siliconcanal.com

as long as it is legal, we will keep it up. our views do not matter. as long as the bandwith bill is paid on time, and the material is considered legal it is not our place to deterimne what is or is not objectionable is our stance.

Was checking out your site, it's very slow... is this normal or just an issue with your host tonight?

Still hung up at the application page.

How long before you stop the attack? The site is painfully slow.

Who desides what's "legal"?

The location of the DC? If so, where is the DC?
