Uh PHP is the simpler language that replaced using C and later perl to create dynamic websites.

I agree with Motto. I used to use Coldfusoin all the time during the dotcom boom years.

There is always a chance PHP will be replaced by something easier or more powerful but at this point it doesn't look like it will be happening any time soon. PHP is damn easy at this point and is powerful as hell considering it is kept maintained.
