Which do you prefer? Which do you find better.

I myself use Cable, but a lot of people are pushing the DSL at me. What do you think?

cable is way faster here... but if you have a heap of leeching whores all on the same exchange it can slow down ya cable speeds...

dsl may be faster on upload but my cable dl's at 450 kb dsl cant compare

Depends what you use it for, If you need upload speeds DSL is better.
Otherwise Cable is the choice.

DSL is big shit ! Get a cable modem for sure ! I use it for years and no problems, and I always heard my budies complaning about their DSL !

Applies to most places - Plus it is easier to get fixed IPs on DSL.

I got 3mbps over a cable modem here in Philly, totally fucking kicks ass. The DSL that verizon offered sucked when I had it......

I have tried both and found DSL to be a lot more stable for me. 0 downtime other than a phone line outage. I have DSL Extreme and get like 3mbps down and 384 Bbps up. No problems and no outages.
