XP or Browser Issue???

I have a problem viewing this website:

www.getpaulhoward.com

I built a very simple page and could view it just fine ntil I switched to a new computer....now all I see is a black screen (the background color).

Does anyone know what setting is different on my new machine that is causing me not to be able to view it?

I've tried ...Tools: Internet options: blah blah blah but cannot find a setting or in fact anything that may be restricting the images there is java on the page for image rollover effects btw.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Is javascript turned on under "security" for the zone that site falls under?
