Techie Help: Firewire with Audigy Z2 Sound Card

Ok, I'm trying to download video from my DV cam to my pc via firewire through the sound card. Video looks great, but there's NO AUDIO. Any ideas? I was hella surprised, til I realized I used a friend's pc to make my GFY video.

It used to work, but no longer does. Apparently there's a patch if you have SP2 installed, but I don't. Any help would be VERY MUCH appreciated.

The pic sure helps

Im not familiar with your situation, but you can try to fix this by going to Device Manager, uninstalling the device and then choose "Scan for hardware changes" in the menu bar.
