Description:
We are seeking a junior to an intermediate Flash designer who has excellent design capabilities in Flash 3/4/5/MX and Photoshop. Knowledge of PHP and ActionScripting is a plus.

We want creative people who are versatile and can develop designs for various audiences. The ideal candidate will take into consideration user interface concerns, the client?s goals, bandwidth limitations, the target audience, and any budget limitations while designing a Flash or non-Flash web site. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to improve and grow with the company. In return, we provide a fun work environment, great projects, and the opportunity to share in our success.

Job Requirements:

? HTML, Macromedia Flash, , Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.(CSS, PHP, ActionScripting plus)
?Demonstrated history of learning new technology quickly.
?Experience developing interactive applications for the Web
?A firm understanding of browser and platform issues.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
?Demonstrated ability to work effectively on a project team.
?Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, manage, and execute projects across multiple departments.
?Ability to work with minimal supervision.
?Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.

flash and php integration is pretty nifty
