a friend is setting up a new site w/ these people, i've never even heard of them... anyone? brand new, old players back under a new guise, anyone have a clue? i'm leery but am reserving judgement..  |

Checking the whois info, we find the domain standardpay.com to be registered to "Sergei Arsentiev"
Sounds Russian to me.....draw your own conclusions from that

If you read the text on the site, you can tell it was probably written by a Russian, or at least someone who's native language is not english.
If you want a good laugh, read the service agreement on the signup page. It's obvious that they didn't get a lawyer to write that.

My god are you people that arrogant.
They are the owners of Fethard.biz, Red and Partners. One of Russia's largest processing company. While I "DO" admit Russians have a bad name, those guys are solid and have been around for years "Red and Partners". Just ask any large Program that deals with them.
