What keeps you focused at work?
I start a project, write up a plan of action, follow the plan. It's like the set of directions to build a table. The satisfaction of completing my task keeps me motivated, the end results (money) keeps me motivated, and seeing hot chicks never hurts.
So the satisfaction of a job well done and money are big motivators for me right now which keeps me focused. If I lose sight of my goals I look at the plan I wrote out.

Getting started is the hard part. Once you get a few things organized and everything is rolling, I just keep working like crazy. Sometimes all it takes is one peice of the puzzle.. if I want a new site and come across a great domain for it, that motivates me to get it up and running asap.

But...if I have to... Keeping a pad of paper with a list if things to do, and crossing them out when I get a job done.
