I've dealt with him for years and always found him to be upfront and honest with real solid traffic. Don't jump telling me how many times sponsors face cheating webmasters because i do know. Also I do know that many honest webmasters, can join 90% of the sponsors no matter their nationality. But this is the mostly the case for experienced ones that run big sites. For newbies things are harder.

With all the Ibill problems, I ended up with 1794 signups for the month of Jan...
