iBill Update 2005 March 3

Quote:
March 3, 2005

Dear iBill EU Client,
On March 2, 2005 you received an email from Inteca regarding the release of past due EU settlement funds. As previously announced, iBill and Inteca have entered into an agreement in which Inteca will act as an entrusted third party for the release of credit card funds. On a go forward basis, all client credit card funds will be held by the European bank until the actual payout date. Inteca will provide a third party audit function on those funds and will facilitate the release of the payment to you. iBill will continue to be responsible for online check and web 900 payouts.

Shortly, through the Inteca website as well as the iBill Merchant Information Area and CMI you will be able to view and reconcile the funds owed to you by payout date, starting with the 12/19 payout. The email sent to you yesterday was to introduce you to Inteca as well as request that you begin to reconcile the amounts owed to you to help expedite the process. Both Inteca and the iBill Merchant Information area will have reconciliation data as we get closer to launching the program. Today, you should be able to access sales data through the iBill CMI invoice tables.

We understand that this has been a very long process and many of you have not received payments in several months. We are confident that the Inteca program will be up and running shortly and payment flows will resume.

Below is a copy of that email sent by Inteca for your reference.

If you have any questions regarding that email please contact [email protected]. Thank you.
I'll ask once more....

WHO is INTECA?

What jurisdiction do they claim to be operating in?

Who are the officers/president and contact numbers?

Where is their physical address?

What is their phone and fax number?

Where are their audited published accounts?

What status should a client of iBill give to an anonymous website - inteca.org?

What is the connection between iBill staff in Deerfield Park and INTECA?

Why should this "trusted" organization be passed money from banks??

I know this and you know this, but iBill don't know it!!

I kinda like Esther Bunny - she is cute!

But I would not entrust bank funds to her....

Back to the same old bullshit, deception and lies... when the fuck will they stop??

Unless INTECA was formed last week by "Doctor" Molina - it's worth the $10 they paid (if, in fact the bill has been paid) for the website.

Sheesh... they are pathetic!!

This is getting interesting now.

That board you pointed me at in the other thread (Webby) seems to link Inteca and Toccata. Indeed, they have the same IP address for their websites. If this is the case then

http://www.toccata.com/6-0.htm
http://www.toccata.com/main/NoSW/nsteam.htm

should answer some of your questions. If there's anyone here who knows any of these people you should tell them to get over here quick and explain what's going on.

**ding** - popcorn is ready.

I keep saying... never accept *anything* at face value from iBill :-)

I ain't gonna give a lot away - but just know they lie, deceive and scam people and are continuing to do this at this time. This is not some "hard up" corp - it is a fraudulent operation and involves more than just iBill.

Well I only know what I can glean, plus the odd whisper. If you're not going to post it here, I can only hope you call the 800 # and be caller number 10 at the AG's office.

Good luck to everyone involved, looks like it's going to be needed.

Inteca - The International Electronic Commerce Association - a not for profit association providing information and services to assist e.commerce merchants widen their market to international customers. OK.. This is what INTECA "claims" to be - a charity of some kind.

But... it does appear to have some interest in "helping" e-commerce merchants with solutions to serving an international market.

Now.. I want some of that help!!! So, has anyone got a clue where I can contact them other than by email?

iBill.. where are ya when folks need you?? Ah.. sorry - stupid question.

Yes willow... know of em. Have you ever seen such a load of spewage ever?

This is a website without fact, name-dropping other orgs and others such as Willi Brandt and claiming to be "members" of INTECA as though that was of relevance or meaning to anyone.

There are also other connections with someone in Deerfield Park - can't think who that may be!

Un fucking believable

Here we have Ibill stealing millions of $$$ from webmasters with one hand while setting up and funding bogus non profit and alternative billing solutions with the other.

Ever since Ibill got taken over its been a downhill path to destruction. Now they assume we are too stupid or too complacent to figure out that they are setting up more billing companies in the hope no one can manage to put two and too together ?

Ibill your a fucking joke, the threads on GFY, Ynot, Pimp etc, are read by thousands and thousands of webmasters world wide, do you really think this will go un noticed. Face it Ibill your a lost cause that will never again get back into online billing even under an assumed name, realize your dead and lay down why don't you !!!

Let me add that this is some excellent detective work and just goes to show what a great group of incensed webmasters are capable of......

We are. Really.. if i would get 10 cents for every assclown that still does business with ibill or WOULD if they got 'their stuff together' id be a rich man.

The most valuable asset of ibill are their idiot clients and they are now
taking advantage of that.

This is all very interesting but it isn't really damning one way or the other.

I will wait to see what Ibill EU does this week (hopefully payout) and let that stand for itself.

It would be nice if they could mention a timeframe for payouts tho.

I think there is a

hard-core ( no pun intended ) group of webmaster here that really know what they are doing and are not fooled by Ibill's persistent bull shit. Then you have the new webmasters who tend to listen to anyone who shouts the loudest.

Its sad that you still see post from people who believe they are going to get all their money from Ibill, don't they realize that keeping Ibill open for the last 6 months and paying the few employees that are left has cost millions of $$$.
Where is that money coming from? Its obvious its not from a cash reserves! No its coming from the idiots who have been intimidated into sending ibill sign ups with threats of " if you stop sending us members we will treat your account as closed". Well guess what its 6 months now since all this shit started and we still haven't been paid and there terms state that closed accounts will be paid out after a 6 month hold back period.

I for one will support any legal action that makes the management of Ibill accountable for the actions of the past 2+ years and would welcome an official investigation into the running of IBill by its new owners. It wont get us our money but it may serve as a warning to others?
