Yep ........... I used and still using outsourcing as well.
Since I took over the ThumbLords awhile ago I noticed that I needed some things done and staff is very expensive here in the Netherlands but I am from origin an South African so I tried outsourcing using South African people and that worked very well.
Now at this moment I am on track again and .......... yep I have a great guy called Casimir that is looking for a job.
Casimir is living in the Netherlands and he can submit galleries ( when you give him a template and content url, he can make galleries as well and upload them add recips etc ), write descriptions, make thumbnails in fact he can do loads of things and speaks English very well.

150 USD per week, and he will work 7 hours a day for you, 6 days a week.

I will personally take full responsability to make sure he will get his assignments done.

ok so he still not has a job, strange but true.
we had some discussions about projects but heh ........... I will get him the job as in I will get you a very good webmaster in return for some small change.

So ............ if you wanna use him for free here is the deal.
He will work 8 hours ( or less ) for you for free and if you are willing to hire him for 150 dollars a week or 600 dollars a month, after you tried him out, you have not to pay him for this day.

if you on the other hand tried him out ( so to speak ) and will not use him afterwards please be so kind to explain here why, and I will pay him for his time, end of story.

if you wanna make a cheap buck by asking him to work for free for a day and do not explain me what is/was wrong I will take this to this board ( pay him for his time ) and show the world what a cheap fuckface you are.

well, he has his own appartment ( paid for ), his dad is paying for some as in most things and he is bored, that is the situation at this moment, he did some work for me but ...... I do not have any use of him anymore, so the extra income is just there to spend on sex drugs and rock'n'roll.
