We are thinking about to start production making our own comic/mangas and toon content with a kick ass design with a 60% partnership. All content are exclusive to our site. Site gets updated daily.

am just wondering would you guys be our affliate?

Depends on your toons. This seems to be a very popular area - but the art has to be topnotch.

The style would be gear toward Hentai/Anime style and the quality is very high. If you are familiar with MMGanime, it is of that quality.

Well if the quality is high and exclusive then retention would be a plus, however as a webmaster I would also look for good promo tools, FHG's FPA's etc. Also would need good stat reporting, sub account tracking, etc....bascially all the bells and whistles all the great affiliate programs offer.

basically if the content is good thats great for surfers but to attract webmasters the sites need to convert and the sponsor needs to provide good tools and support to the webmasters - that imho is what will attract affiliates.

PS - Watermark all your images, theft is OUT OF CONTROL with these types of sites and alas even amonst the webmasters. Due to the high cost of sweat equity in production dont let it go to waste.

That's the problem we have with many of our sponsors and no offense meant to them...they just don't have the tools we need to promote them.....if you have the stuff, we'll promote your site...sure.

Sites that have original content, *high quality original content I will promote. However teh MMG style is more americanized, you should really go for a completely asian style of art. Or split the two, don't put the two together, and claim they're 1 niche.

Using a good processor is a must [ccbill/epoch] using a 3rd party program such as NATS/MPA3 is a plus.
