I just picked up a Dell PowerEdgeTM SC420 server for $278 and free shipping (link)
Well I did upgrade to the 533MHz ram for $10

I have one of these, its a xeon model though, no AGP slots on the board at all, the fans in the machine are loud as hell And the case is HUGE!
Other then that its good for the price |
