Which countries are considered good traffic?
I know the main ones, US, Great Britain, Canada, Australia. All English speaking for the most part, good portion of them actually own credit cards.
Who else? And which countries are generally considered completely crap? |

Good countries include Latvia, Estonia, Pakistan and Iraq. Not sure about Nigeria or Somalia
