Depends on which ones you go to.

The cheap Chinese restaurants (like China Wok) always put MSG -- If you go for the authentic Chinese restaurants, they almost never put MSG.

Stick with the seafood, veggie, rice and noodle dishes. Stay away from the fried stuff.

Problem is most of the rice and veggie dishes are also fried. At least at restaurants around here. Everything seems to have a nice sheen of grease on them.

Flied lice. (Yes, I'm joking. That's the worst, most unhealthy way to eat rice.) Just make sure they don't cook it with tons of fat and then you can go with rice + chicken in some form mixed with vegetables. SWEET SAUCE ALL OVER MY BODY!

Who's the chick in your sig?

Healthy and Chinese food don't mix... unless you make it yourself.

Korean food is a little healthier than chinese, spicey, and not as bland as the 'old school' japanese stuff...it's kinda a nice mix imo...

PF Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps. Hmmm . . .Low carb, low fat, high protein. I'm sure it's got plenty of salt though ...
