need imput on Verotel, having problems!
since 5:14 PM EST (-5:00 GMT) yesterday, I have had the following problems:
no emails denoting new sales or recurring sales no new sales my sales do not match my click to buy ratios anyone else having these problems? I contancted them, and was told that they did not know why this was happening, except for problems with their mail server.

I had some problems with them a few weeks back, went from a few thouasand hits a day sent to 0 hits sent in a 3 day period. I contacted the program owner who uses verotel and within minutes the hits started showing again as well as me getting the emails showing new sales/rebills

There is something wrong with the stats for the past 24 hours...We are seeing double sales listed and many missing sales in the stats. Inconsistant emails as well. I know the sales are coming in as I can count .htpasswd entries to get a total.

Same here. Lots of double and triple sales. Customers complaining they tried to sign up several times, but didn't get a pass... but were actually charged for each attempt. No emails.
Got to go back to refunding pissed customers now...  |
