Hollywood's hot new fat-melting body wrap.

What you need -
15- 20 ace bandages

2/3 cup of -
powdered magnesium, potassium and the sulfur compound MSM.

2 gallons of Distilled water

Plastic poncho to keep warm while in wrap.

An assistant.

You soak the bandages in the water and mineral solution for 30 minutes. Then you begin firmly wrapping from the toes all the way up legs, torso arms and neck have the assistant help you wrap chin and forhead leaving eyes, nose and mouth uncoverd. Wrap should be snug, but not restrict movement. Then start walking around or doing light housrwork to stimulate blood flow. Twice at 20 minute intervals remosten banages with remaining mineral solution using a spong or spray bottle.

My friend had done this for 12 weeks and she is looking good (she lost 5 sizes). I haven't tried it but I will be looking for some Ace banages boy 15- 20 is alot of them.

That is very Very bad for you. Same method as duct tape and plastic trashbags and putting on a wet suit you are loosing water weight.
