Can a new text tgp grow these days, or is it all about thumbnails?
I mean if you started a text tgp with no thumbs or images on it, can it grow or do you really need to have a thumbnail tgp in order for it to grow?
Any examples of text tgps that are new that are growing really big and being successful? |

Very hard.
The easiest site to grow these days are Thumb MGPs, I've known of sites that grew to 500k in 5 days with the right knowledge and feeder traffic to get it moving... |

ya, it's fair to say you would need to be in bed with some other text tgp owners. reasonably so, those guys are pretty hard to get a hold of and quite cautious of whom they trade with, or help out. you have to imagine that submitters have been on their nuts for years, to get partner accounts.... help their new tgp's.... whatever
i wouldn't answer my icq's and e-mails either. |

I understand what you are saying but with the new 2257 if they are what was proposed last summer I think you will see quite a few thumb preview tgps revert back to text links.
