I use a contact management system called Goldmine..I like that each e-mail once read or replied to get filed in the contacts account...Ive been using it in business for 8 years now.

I use Hivemail webmail for my domains email, and gmail for most everything else. I change computers so often it's a real hassle keeping all my mail on my desktop computer.

I've used TheBat since 2000. http://www.ritlabs.com/ It has super powerful regular expression macros and filtering and all that fun stuff, and can handle huge databases flawlessly.
