Now, if Superman is super strong and can lift just about anything.... how did he build his muscles up so much?

How did he get a six pack? Doing crunches?

Because it's not necessarily his muscles that are delivering his strength, if that makes any sense. The same thing that allows him to fly, have x-ray vision, etc. is what gives him strength and therefore his muscles grow naturally by working on that farm.

Probably a combination of Deca and Winny.

It appears he is holding a lot of water, and by the "looks of it" didn't use proper pct either.
